We are always looking for more children to add to our database for
invitations to our camping trips, picnics and other events.
We encourage nominations from anyone about a child that could
benefit from our camps and picnics.

Please check the information and frequently asked questions page for criteria and more detailed information about the nomination and selection processes. The nomination forms are strictly confidential and will be reviewed only by the Kids Camp USA secretary.
Children who are successfully nominated and added to the Kids Camp USA database will receive an invitation for each picnic, event or camping trip several months/weeks in advance.
For the 5-day camps, the limited number of placements makes selection more difficult. Children must submit a new camp application each year, even if they have previously attended camps and picnics. These summer camp applications are sent out to schools and other locations in about September. The Kids Camp USA secretary reviews each application and sends camp invitations to the cases which we believe are most in need. Ideally we would love to provide for all of the children, but are restricted by the available funds and number of volunteers.
To nominate a child to be added to our database, please complete and return the forms below. Forms can be returned by post, fax, or email. Please also call the Kids Camp USA office to confirm that your application has been received.
